Ingredients:
1 pound tilapia fillets
2 Tablespoons butter
salt and pepper to taste
4 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 cup marinara sauce
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
Thaw tilapia until fillets can be easily separated. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spread out the fillets in a medium baking dish. Place the following on top of each fillet: 1/2 Tablespoon of butter, salt and pepper and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Top fillets with marinara sauce, basil and garlic powder. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, or until the fish is easily flaked with a fork. Makes 3-4 servings.
